$50 is probably a little expensive for Zimbabwe. Simpler would be to just legally make the results from nonpaternity-indicating blood type tests known to the father. There might be a strong deterrent effect.

Hell they believe eating albinos makes you super potent. I say turn superstition to your advantage with a "magic blood test" :-)
