Good, fair is fair, but don't expect many conscripted females to end up in front line infantry. if at all. They will end up taking more rear spots away from men due to lack of strength, so men will have less chance of getting a break from the front line.

Women need to occupy an equal number of graves, coffins, body bags, hospital beds, wheel chairs, crutches and mental health professionals office schedules.

Until then, gender equality does not exist.

If we're keeping selective service we might as well not limit it by sex or gender.

I'm curious though, what kind of physical condition do you need to be in order to actually be drafted? I assume they spend time training to help build fitness and discipline, but still...Given my current fitness, I wouldn't be able to pass the wildland firefighters pack test. I can't begin to imagine what the military requires.

I agree with this but based on the subpar performance of mixed gender combat units compared to all-male units, I do have mixed feelings.

If I'm drafted and get sent to war, knowing that mixed gender units do not perform as well, would I be sexist for not wanting to fight alongside women? I don't personally think I would be but I'm sure others disagree.
