1. Marriage is losing its power to make men sacrifice their own well-being to make their families, the kids and wife, better off. There are less marriages and more divorced people.
  2. Men are discriminated against in the education system and the (historically) less productive sex must replace men in many fields. Thus we need, for example, about 1.2 female doctors to replace one male doctor (assuming that the pay gap is an indicator of the productivity gap, which it is as far as I know).
  3. The number of marginalized men is growing thus leading to costly antisocial behavior (like alcoholism and crime).
