Just go to that coworker again, and recite the law about sexual assault, and then frame that law within a random sexual assault of a male by a random woman, as if they're both at a bar, he isn't interested in her, nor wants to be touched by her, but she grabs his ass or genitals as she passed by and giggles at him and walks off.

This is sexual assault, but no one will see it that way.

How bout a woman kissing a random guy on the lips without his consent? That's sexual assault, because it would be considered so for a guy to do it to a woman.

Yeah, I've spoken to more than one woman who doesn't understand how a man could be sexually assaulted by a woman. Or how a man could involuntarily get an erection. I think that's the real rape culture.
