OVERVIEW: Women's centers, diversity offices, women studies departments, women's committees.... have created an environment where men are treated like rapists with no due process while women are innocent snowflakes. It is time we fight back. Schools are scared shitless of having OFFICIAL Title 9 complaints filed against them. Not only does it hurt their standing with the federal government, but IT RAISES THEIR INSURANCE PREMIUMS!!!!!

BODY: Every male college student on this board needs to contact your schools officially designated Title 9 "complaint officer". Make no mistake this individual will be a social justice warrior. This person is required to be accessible and available for meetings. Find something your school provides for women they don't offer an equivalently accessible thing for men (women's center, violence against women training, women's health month, women's scholarships, domestic violence services located in female friendly offices, female preference for internships...). Then spend 30 minutes reading up on your rights from the website http://knowyourix.org After doing this, insist on meeting with this person and file an official title 9 complaint (must be official) against the school. They are required to report all complaints. Additionally, file an OFFICIAL complaint with the local branch of your Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights. You can find your local office here http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/addresses.html Your school will try to prevent you from filing this. They must investigate and respond in writing to your complaint within 60 days of the complaint officer being notified. If they fail to do this, this is another title 9 complaint so file a second one. I have done this with my school. Additionally, I would recommend filing a small claims court with your local township for the maximum amount (usually 5k) regarding the discrimination.
