The vast majority of teachers (especially in primary/elementary school) are female, and it's been argued that this contributes to boys performing worse than girls throughout school. But what do you actually want to do about it? By the same token that the gender pay gap can be explained by female choice, can't the feminization of the education system be explained by male choice?
