I do not care that most of you men say you would have liked to tap that when you were those kids age, so would have I, BUT it will never be right as long as the laws do not apply equally to and for EVERYONE. She should be sentenced the vary same as a man would get, Or men get sentenced the same as a woman would get. EQUALITY FOR ALL, its in our constitution and there should be no exceptions.

Once again I've got to interject that these situations have to be judged case by case. It should be based on the individual's (victim) maturity.

When in high school I knew 17 year olds who could grow a beard and had multiple girlfriends, at the same time, there also were 17yos who couldn't grow a pube and broke down in the presence of a woman or girl.

The problem with laws like this is that it basically sets an arbitrary rule blanketed on everyone. Forgetting that some people mature faster than others. Some 17yos are responsible and some aren't.

The crime here is that she broke the rules of her job description. She should be fired and have these incidents put on her job record. And if determined by a psychiatrist or psychologist that the boy(s) in question were/are mature enough to deal with sex, she should be sentenced accordingly.

First of all it isn't "unthinkable" because she just fucking did it.

Second is you probably shouldn't refer to repeat child molesters as "headturning."
