I'm assuming he just made it up. The majority of infanticide and child murder is done by women.

By mass-killers I assume he's including buys drafted into the army and forced to be soldiers.

If he's not including soldiers then the number of mass killers is very small, but women are still a significant part of it.

He could also say 99% of people who save lives are men.

What I find strange, especially from an activist fighting for black rights etc., is how he takes the statistic at face value with no exploration of why this statistic is. When we hear that the majority of violent crime in America is committed by black people, we don't say: "they are naturally violent"; or "black culture is toxic". What we do, is try to work out why black people are led to violent crime. Why don't we do the same for men? Why don't we notice that men are the majority of those in jail; the majority of those in the lowest paid jobs; the majority of those who are homeless; the majority of those at war; the majority of those in the most undesirable jobs; the majority of those who are injured and die in the workplace; the majority of those affected by every single kind of violence; that the majority of children do not have a father figure (ie. Positive male role model); that men are taught to be disposable; taught not to voice their opinions, have no research or investment into the ways they may want to voice their anguish; the subject of institutional discrimination in the judicial system; in family courts; demonised as evil, paedophiles, rapists etc. When we look at all these factors, as we do when we look at why black people are more likely to commit violent crime, then we may come to understand that statistic.

Of course man-haters' answer is to shame and repress masculinity even more. As usual, the progressive answer to conflict is adding fuel to the fire instead of figuring out how to calm everyone down. It worked so well with race relations...

That men commit more violence is a fact, albeit I'm sure the 97-99% "statistic" is bullshit. This "extra" male violence could be reduced by providing men with better mental health services, by stopping the willfull antagonization of the sexes (ie. abolishing institutionalized feminism), and by a return to previous moral standards which guaranteed stable relationships to a wider range of people.

*amok. Which is a Malaysian word (appropriation!) referring to a phenomenon where someone goes on a violent rampage. So it's kind of redundant to say that a rampage is caused by X on a rampage. Also, he missed the opportunity to point out that going amok is almost exclusively a male phenomenon.

Even if his stats are true, what you must keep in mind is that just because 99% of mass killers are men doesn't mean 99% of men are mass killers. They are two different groups with the only similarities being their gender.
