this article is infuriating to me. Here I am a father who has never even been accused of harming my children or ex in any way, and a judge ruled that not only do I have to go for a psych eval, like this woman BUT I also have to go to a 26 week class for male batterers, even when I have never been accused of battering anyone. This is all so I can get "therapeutic reunification" with my children. This woman just threw her 6 month old baby off the 6th floor of an apartment building and all she has to do is a psych eval. I know, I know, technically she has not been proven guilty still it infuriates the hell out of me.
