Even though these are fictional characters, a puppet frog and a puppet pig for crying out loud, I think it's very telling about feminism and the media, it tells us everything we need to know - the female can do no wrong; even being an aggressive and violent abuser. the male victim can never be accepted or seen as a victim. Even finding himself out of a very long and abusive relationship, it can't be a success story, it has to be the old trope of a misogynist replacing fat and old with young and thin, never mind his happiness or well being, the priority is thin shaming.

And these are puppets! They're not real! we should be safe to criticise them! If you're going to put real world issues onto this fictional nonsense then get real! Kermit suffered for decades!
