Consent is not a contractual condition. You can't say, "You've consented, so now I can do what I want with you," and then proceed to start choking her, slapping her, sodomizing her, etc.

It's far easier to just not be a douche, and when you're done, text something like "hey, thanks for coming by, I had a great time." When she replies, "yeah, me too!" You now have reasonable proof that everything was consensual.

I remember that if you hear "stop, it hurts", you stopped and were genuinely concerned for the state of the partner. Now, if a request to stop is not honored, then yeah, you lose. The problem is when the woman decides to lie and claim she was forced, even when she wasn't.

If a man is severely beaten by a woman during a sexual encounter, he can be sure he will be ridiculed. It is the blind empowerment that the laws give women that needs to be tempered to some degree where man has a reasonable chance at defense.

Not really sure what needs to happen, but earth sucks right now with the laws that are in place.

The truth about consent is that attempting to get a permanent sign of consent can actually be legally incriminating for the guy. By forcing a women to sign a form or log consent into an app, you move from "rape" to premeditated rape. If the woman withdraws consent, then the written consent form is incriminating physical evidence of premeditated rape.

The woman's word will always come before physical evidence of consent. Especially because consent in non-contractual.

Or you can just text the girl that sex was great, and that you love it when a woman takes charge. Even if she didnt take charge, the text would cover your ass in court.

Thus, if she does respond in the affirmative, you're covered. If she doesn't, then you know to block her and disappear, all with the added benefit of knowing how to protect yourself within a short time
