All across western society, there exists this peculiar myth that women are incapable of evil, that only men are the ones who do the truly bad deeds and that only men are the ones who murder and rape and steal. That it is men who cause wars, men who commit crimes, and men who beat their wives.

We have gotten so used to this narrative that we don't even notice it any more. We have learned to explain it away, and even the news articles you link do this. Because we cannot accept that women can be as evil as men. Because women are wonderful

The point of Women Behaving Badly stories is not support a proposition that "women are evil" but to show a proposition that "women too can do evil".

Too many people in today's society argue against this fact. And too many MRA's, especially those who are new to the scene, need to learn to see that women aren't less evil than men, before they can truly understand that we are really moving for equality, and not just to solve a limited set of problems that happens to be affecting men.

You argue that we should stop posting these stories because we might get banned from Reddit, but I say we should not let Reddit or feminism or anyone determine in what context and under what conditions we are allowed to discuss men's rights.

What I agree with you is that we don't need long lists of these articles filling the entire first page, and perhaps it would behove us to communicate our goals more clearly when such articles are posted. That's why I make a counter proposal to your post here:

Instead of Women Behaving Badly these posts should be labelled after the old feminist slogan: Women can do anything a man can do

banning a handful of communities that exist solely to annoy other redditors, prevent us from improving Reddit, and generally make Reddit worse for everyone else.

Too easy to persuade people MRA = hate, supremacy etc etc. REGARDLESS what is posted.

I don't like those sorts of posts, and I would prefer not to have them - but the majority view overrules mine.

However, to claim that they put the sub in danger of being banned is simply ridiculous and verges on the disingenuous. Just say they're terrible posts and you don't like them.

It's definitely a problem I've noticed increasing lately. Some days, fully 2/3rds of /r/mensrights' front page is "WBB" or anti-feminism. There shouldn't be more posts about women in Men's Rights than about men...

I think them stories are only being posted to break the stereotype that women are always the victims. You hear on mainstream news literally all the time about a perpetrator being male , never female; at a disproportionate rate .

This reddit should about men. In thise WBB articles instead of talking about how the woman got away scott free or with a slap on the wrist maybe switch to talking about the male in the story amd how he got no justice.

It sounds like mensrights is very similar to coontown. Just substitute blacks for women.
