Coming from someone who actually went through this situation; lemme give you my take.

I Do not recommend attempting to fix things. Before I swallowed the Red Pill I went through this with my LTR.

I broke up with her, messed around, missed her because we had a legit thing and after I showed her that I wanted her back...fuck that.

I legit spent a year and a half trying to win her back (I was still spinning on the side because why not?) and it was just a terrible experience. She would take me back, then end things I mean she was in total control of the situation because I let her. If I had known what I knew now... I would have hard-passed and moved on. IMO

I ended up getting her back after I truthfully stopped giving a fuck about the situation; even then it took a while for her to see me how she does today. I mean I spent the good half of a year to reestablish my frame with her.

I have my reasons why I wanted to be back with my LTR and I still stand by those reasons. I choose to stay monogamous with her; but let me tell you that it was literally this fucking close |__| to not being worth it.

It sounds like she wasn't really your girlfriend but merely a title. Girlfriends act like girlfriends, they show a higher level of commitment and dedication to you.

Dump her demote her whatever. Learn for the future what qualities you actually want in a girlfriend and recognize the behavior of a woman who wants to earn your commitment.

Your time and loyalty to a single woman should be appreciated by your woman, if abuses your time for her and is generally disrespectful you cut her loose.

Anyway, the ship is sunk bro, it's up to you to swim away or be drug under.

You can't make someone trust you. Either she does or she doesn't. You don't care about if she trusts you, you care about her compliance and whether she gives you a good time.

If she won't fuck you when you want because she says she doesn't trust you then, soft next. If she is still not compliant hard next.

She will only trust you if she invests more and more in you, then in her head the relationship is too big to fail and she will trust again. The way to build trust is to get her to invest.

You pretty much has to change how she feels. If she's open towards you try recollecting kinder memories you have to change it, so she doesn't FEEL that you have to bend. It's usually no rocket science.
If you can't change it, give up. There's no use in bending to appease her. It won't make her feel fulfilled, and she'll rationalize it saying she can't trust you and needs you to bend further, which will worsen her fulfillment with the relationship.
