It is a joke, but an offensive kind.

The intent is to show "Look how easy this is. Look how obvious. Stupid men, raping all the time."

Which (even if there were any truth to the rape culture myth) is really patronizing, coming from someone who supposes to fight the patriarchy.

Whether it's a joke or not, it is eerily reminiscent of "how to treat a lady" material from Victorian England. And some people think feminism fights against "traditional gender roles." ;)

It is an attempt at a joke but it's a joke by people that don't understand what they are talking about. They really do believe men can and should be taught what rape is and not to do it.

It's a joke. It's satire. It's a parody, the point is that the "rules" imposed on men to prevent rape are absurd.

Poe's law. It's hard to tell the difference between an extremist document and a PARODY of the same document without prior knowledge of the intent of the author.

I can assure you, this is so absurd that it is a joke. The beauty of this brilliant "joke" is that some people seem unable to tell the difference. It is a commentary (a sad one too) on the absurdity of "teaching" men not to rape.

If it is being handed out as if it's a serious document, than it might be one of the more brilliant pieces of satire in the history of the MRA.

This is actually a handy set of hints. I mean, I don't mean to go out raping all the time, but being an evil male, sometimes I just sort of lapse into it.
