His infographic leaves out the fact that more people have committed suicide since coming back than have died in combat, for one. 98% of workplace fatalities are men. The list goes on and on.

That infographic has done a great job at cherry picking data to show women as eternal victims.

As /u/Rex9 mentioned, it leaves out the fact that men commit suicide at an alarming rate compared to women (ex 25,848 men to 6,711 women in 2005 in the US).

So there is a "war on women" because they have violence directed at them? Men have to deal with violence far more than women (guys have no problem beating the shi+ out of another guy), so I guess there is a war on men as well?

How many troops were in Iraq and Afghanistan for those 11 years? 1.5 million? 2 million? Say there were 2 million troops in those countries, the fact that about 6,500 troops died means that there was a 0.325% death rate, compared to more than 150 million women in the United States which the 12,000 killed provides a 0.008% death rate. Not to mention, there were several years where troops weren't even in Iraq after September 2001. Also, the 3,000 people that died in the terror attacks were from a much smaller population still.

Only 11,000 in 11 years? I'm surprised the number is so low! With the way American women today are so toxic, narcissistic, backstabbing, antagonistic, extorting, using threats of blackmail and false accusations of rape and domestic violence, betraying men in divorce, most women today committing adultery and on and on and on and on and on, I'm surprised it isn't at LEAST 11,000 a YEAR.

The result is these men lead lives full of violence, which is almost entirely directed at other men. A tiny little bit of it splashes over into women's lives -- often women who, full of fairy tales about the healing power of love, entangle themselves in these damaged men's lives -- and suddenly it's a war on women.

No. There are men in this world who are on fire. The women who stand too close sometimes get burned. That is all.

Yes over an 11 year period 11,000 women died from domestic violence. Over that same period about 286,000 men where so deprived of hope that they murdered themselves. So your "War on Women" is minute in comparison to the "War on masculinity"

Time for some perspective.

Based on the number of troops on active duty in the US military, and the numbers presented on the infographic, 0.47% of them have been killed in those situations mentioned.

Based on the adult female population of the united states, and the figure presented in the infographic, 0.006% of the female population has been killed by their husband or boyfriend.

According to the infographic numbers, you are 78 times more likely to die if you are in the military. That makes perfect sense.

But this infographic tries to imply to us that it is as dangerous, or perhaps even more dangerous to be a woman in the US. No. It is 78 times safer.
