not a scapegoat... not always... for some women it really is the lack of alpha behaviors... and for others its the disconnect.... for some its both... i think video rings true to me as far as what's going through their minds in some cases... but that doesnt change the fact that when there's a disconnect, both people feel it... but only one of them is thinking "oh, we are so busy right now and there's such a disconnect, maybe i should get my feels from someone else so i can feel good about myself" and the other is thinking... "we've been through moments or seasons like this before... we will get through it and come out strong again on the other side". and one of those two approaches is much worse than the other.

My wife of 20 years cheated. First thing I noticed was her wearing red lace underwear to work which she never. I remember thinking to myself, that's weird but I didn't put it together.

Other thing she did was going to sleep before me or waiting until I was asleep to go to bed. She'd wait for me to go to bed so she could stay up late downstairs and text.
