Why on earth would you continue to live with your wife *and* share a bank account when you are divorced? The primary benefit of getting divorced is to no longer have financial entanglements on that level.

the short answer is yes and if she is anything like my ex she would be embezzling money from you every time she goes to the store. $50 here, $100 there. Paying for her kid’s college with my cash, and being reimbursed by her kid when the financial aid comes in. She got a new car and all new furniture on my dime before hitting me with the divorce and a BS restraining order. There’s no way your ex is not trying to stash a nest egg before you fly the coop.

I've kept all my bank statements where I have been supporting my son. That way judge can see how shitty of a dad I was.

Depends on state. In California they’re called arrearages. Make sure you keep diligent records of what you’ve paid for to get reimbursed by her or you’ll end up paying double (conversed already in past and get slapped with arrearages).
