The divorce isn’t final yet. But should be within the next couple months.

I have a 15-year-old that seems like he wants to live with me, but his mother guilts him and I don’t think he’s going to be at a place to talk to a judge about it by the time things get finalized.

At this point, he knows what he needs to do, but he’s gonna have to stand up for himself and he’s just not there yet.

I’m sure after dealing with his mother‘s shit within the next year or so eventually he will get to a place where he has had enough.

If he decides that he wants to live with me after the fact, how would that work?

Does it mean I have to take her back to court?

Can something be filed just in the matters of custody?
