So my wife tried to dig my eye out and I shoved her. She got a 50B and I was able to see the kids every other weekend. We are still waiting to go to court for custody and asset division. Her restraining order ends today and next weekend is when I can see my kids. So now custody is like when we’re together.

I will definitely be getting a divorce.

How should I pick up my kids since the 50B ends? Email? Show up and pick them up?

I figure she would do the meanest thing possible and not let me see them till court.
