Just wondering if anyone has gone through this. My ex wife’s lawyer has delayed trial twice. First one was because of a scheduling issue. Second one this last June her lawyer had a “family emergency” and they pushed trial to this coming march. Now here comes the fun part. This same lawyer that delayed twice has now withdrawn for non payment (almost $9k), and put a lien on our home (where my ex stays by herself).

What do we even say to a court when she goes to delay yet again? I feel like common sense is out the window. They will just feel bad for her and give her another extension.
