So as of right now the court has us at 50/50. She was given the house and I had to move. Which is fine. I couldn’t spend another minute in that house because of all the drug use she has in there (addiction to pills).

Reason I ask about 50/50 is even with us have the kids equally I still get to pay for her house, her car, her insurance, her phone, and she still wants more?? I don’t understand how this all even makes sense. Say it’s equal 50/50 but totally zap one parent to even be able to afford anything at all? Over $3000 I get to shell out before I even get to buy myself top ramen. How is this a real thing?
