I try to not complain because my divorce is going on 4 years now (trial soon finally!). My ex is an addict. Let’s start there. I fought through the DV crap all these women do to try and win dirty. Beat that. Went through all the drug testing (they have to do me when they test her so it’s “fair” which is $350 a testing). Well it caught up to her. I have had the kids full time for over a year now and she gets 2x 8 hour visits every other weekend.

Well now she has started this being late to her drop off and even when she does arrive they sit in the car eating and playing for about 45-90min. The GAL has told her to stop. That changed nothing…. Anytime I try and say anything on OFW I just get gaslit the entire time. Do any of you have any advice on any other ways of saying “be on time”? Trying to not roast my trial stuff with it so close but it’s getting WAY out of hand, and honestly I’m getting sick of her just doing what she wants and ignoring any questions brought to her.

Second thing I have questions on. Is what do you do when the ex just flat out ignores the GAL? I feel like if I ignored her I’d be fucked but she does it and everything just goes on. She has ignored a drug retest (where they retest the sample) where it came back “nonhuman”. The GAL told her to do it and the courts have told her 3 times. Nothing. She has two accidents now with the kids in the car. GAL asked for information on it (I found out because the kids had crazy stories and I saw damage). How do I make it very clear she is just flat ignoring the GAL (including not paying her).
