Hit the gym. Take care of yourself, I mean REALLY take care of yourself. Date yourself first. Tell yourself how wonderful you are, compliment your best qualities, work on the weak points. Commit to yourself, your health and your well-being by being consistent with the gym, your diet, doctors appointments, and work. Once you have married yourself then and only then hit the dating scene. You will be unstoppable and then never marry again. If that thought even cones into your head position yourself financially before ever discussing it with the woman. Trusts, LLCs, whatever you need to do to not let her get her hands on your hot shit.

A woman wants a man who takes care of himself. Because they want you to take care of them for life.

Some women love the bald look. Shave it and get jacked. Or don't, but own it either way. Confident, assertive, bald and overweight will be a winner. Unsure, cringing, bald, and overweight won't work. Do what you have to do in order to feel better about yourself.

OP here, so for some more details. I've been shaving my head and accepting it, not sure if the women will. I have a beard which helps. I have no kids, nor do I plan on having any anytime soon. Just wondering if women would find that attractive. A guy with no kids, his own house, and a decent job, doesn't pay very well but I love what I do. I'm a chef.

Oh, for fitness I recommend crossfit. It's excellent for the body, and if you find the right gym, it's an excellent social outlet as well. You'll find plenty of guys going through what you went though, as well as available ladies (be patient!!!)

Shave your head and hit the gym. Not just for your physique, but mentally, you need it.

Maybe get some therapy, just in case.

I mean this seriously even tho it may sound humorous …. Watch an episode of Maury. Women and men both will sleep with anything that moves. You’ll find someone looking exactly as you do. If you want to make changes in your appearance that’s cool too, but don’t stress about. You’ll find someone that’s attracted to you and cares about you.

Not sure how bald you are. I was thinning like hell, and got on a finasteride prescription. After about 6 months I saw solid regrowth. Two years later I have a full head of hair again. It doesn’t work for everyone. But I can’t say it changed my look. No more cul de sac on the top of my head 😂Always worth a 6 month trial, if you don’t see results I’d drop it.

As for weight like others said go gym mode. I started off walking, then hit the gym, cut my diet. In the best shape of my life. Abs are built in the kitchen.

If you don’t have any kids you’ll be a hot commodity as well. Dating while divorced/divorcing with a kids is hard. Even other hot moms would rather prefer a man with no kids. I just got dumped because someone who was super into me realized she doesn’t want to be a step mom. I respect it, but still sucks lol.

Have to get buff. Not optional. Start by making a new habit of 25 push-ups first thing in the morning. If you can’t do 25 good push-ups get there. Then jack it up to 50. Get a gym membership. Update wardrobe and shave that head.

Less than 1 month into your new fitness regimen you’ll see the obvious results and feel good about yourself. It will improve your appearance and self confidence. Trust me all the sudden women will start walking up to you and complimenting your jeans or something. I was shocked when some sexy barista wrote her phone number on my cup.

My theory is women can smell the pheromones of a man on a mission from across a parking lot.

Divorce is a great time to get buff. Good luck. Obviously do not fall for the first woman to give you a bj.
