Has anybody had an experience with the esp recommendations and how the mediator would use them??? Our panel discussion was a disaster, but my wife is taking it like gospel which makes little sense. They themselves said they didn’t know the real specifics of the case and their recommendations were to be taken loosely. Any experience out there??
