I know this belongs in revenge somewhere.

My exwife was accusing me of stealing her mail. No idea why. I wasn't.

So I made phony letters and addressed them to both my work address and to the house address (after I had to move out temporarily due to the divorce). So I made the letters look like a legal firm was helping me hide $200K from her. She fell for it hook, line and sinker.

I sent another letter making it look like I was hiding a vested interest in a $4million San Francisco house. She took the stolen letters to her lawyer.

I told my lawyer it was a joke and I just wanted to see if she was stealing my mail. We all got a good laugh about it. My lawyer laughed. I laughed. Her lawyer laughed. My friends laughed. I think the only one who wasn't laughing was her.

Get a PO Box and a small storage unit. Keep anything sensitive far away from her. Fuck the games.

Storage is good to start moving stuff to. Get your spare key back pronto. Change to paperless on your accounts. Change passwords on your everything . Keep your phone locked up. Just make a list and secure everything.

Take her off a beneficiary on your assets, life insurance, etc accounts and leave those out. Lol.

My Ex did the same, the fix was to rent a mail box at UPS store. Solved all issues.

Get a UPS mailbox. It’s expensive but worth it because it’s just like having a regular mailing address and gives you piece of mind. Just check it every few days. They also send you a notification if you have large boxes that come.

What the hell are you still getting via mail that hasn't already been delivered via email? Any financial statements, bills, etc are all electronic now.

If there's something that absolutely cannot be sent electronically, then get a POBox. That's a much cheaper solution than spending hours of your attorney's time with this distraction. You will not get the emotional justice you want in court.

I have been there, There isn't much you can do or prof, and not worth the hassle. just get a Box and have your mail routed there or use a friend's address. I used a friend's address.

She is doing it to control you and piss you off. Also she wants to gather info to use it in the divorce. Start stealing her mail and take her shoes too and throw them up on the fucking power lines so she can see them everyday

Sign up for usps informed delivery. I caught her stealing my mail even with proof of it being delivered on the ring doorbell. No ones gives a shit, shocking i know

You can file a formal complaint with both the police and the post office. The police likely won't be able to do anything because you won't be able to prove she actually did it but it should put the fear of the Lord in her and get her to back off.

Report her to uspis.gov

A lot of other commenters suggesting renting a PO Box, which would work, but it seems extremely unfair that you as a victim should incur more cost.

What she’s doing is a serious crime and you should report her.
