Wish me luck boys, just filed a response to the divorce petition I had my stbx file...did it on my own for now as my wife left me up the creek without a panel. Am asking for maintenance, legal fees, division of property and sworn financial statements. All advised by the lawyer I want to hire but can't afford to yet, and let my stbx be pissed or mad or sad, this isn't a game and I am not going to lay down and take it because she has money for a lawyer...because after years of mental and emotional abuse I'm going to fight until the end...and if she has to pay my legal cost to me thats just money owed to me for all I endured.

The icing in the cake to me is I e-filed and the lady "Carol" who reviewed and approved my paperwork wrote in the notes "PERFECT!" things already are feeling better for me...so game on now we go to war...MAXIMUM EFFORT...I'm done being cut down and walked over, what was going civilly until she talked to her lawyer and they are gunning for me just relit the ashes from which I will rise and get what I am owed.

We all know this sucks and I have seen too many guys say I tried to play nice and I wish I could do it again because "she" didn't play nice, she went for blood with zero emotions, so game on. I will FINISH THIS FIGHT.
