I am going through the divorce process and I have the papers ready to be sent to the county clerk. I was fairly sure that my wife is pregnant with her APs child. In my state the baby is legally mine because it was conceived while she is still married. She has no idea that I know everything, through some detective work of my own. As far as she knew she was getting away clean with me thinking I was a screw up. However, my brother saw her recently at the store and confirmed that she is indeed pregnant and I am starting to reconsider taking her to court to get a paternity test. Partly because I want to know and partly because I want to get back at her and make her life suck a little way she has made mine the last 9 months. I know that she started talking to her AP in November and we split up in December so there is a chance that the baby is mine.
