I believe an uncontested divorce in Texas is a relatively simple process... contested is another story.

Child support? Looking at 25% of pay per kid.

Without children, divorce is straightforward. Add up all marital assets and liabilities, then divide by two: You each get half. You don't pay CS for kids that aren't yours. Spousal Support will depend on the length of your marriage, and the disparity of income between the two of you.

Big thing to look for is the standing orders in your county for couples going through a divorce. Acquaint yourself with those ASAP.
