My ex has successfully convinced the GAL that I should have less parenting time because I “don’t want to take the kids to their activities.”

  1. I take the kids to their activities. She said I don’t, but I do.

  2. What I do argue against is her scheduling activities during my parenting time. I have less than 1/3 of the parenting time, so I fight with her when she wants to schedule more bullshit during my time.

  3. If I had 50/50, I would honestly be okay with their activities. But if I have three hours during the week with them, I don’t want to spend 2 hours driving and taking them to activities.

Anyone have a similar situation?

My ex has somehow used activities to prove that I’m “unfit” and is winning that fight with the court. The court and gal are buying her bullshit that the kids need to be in activities more than they need to be with their dad.

I’d love some input from the forum.
