The stbx did most of the leg work. The asset division is fair, for the most part.

I need help just to have someone look at the parenting plan / child support.

We will be both 50/50 with her being custodial parent.

We live in Ohio.

We both make almost the same amount of money but she will be covering the health insurance.

Her attorney is using some form that says I should be paying $1,100 per month. It just seems high to me as it’s mainly to cover 1/2 of their expenses. The rest of the parenting plan has us splitting all costs so it doesn’t make that much sense to me. I feel it should be less.

I ask an attorney for help and he wanted $3,000 just to go over that piece. Ugh.

Any ideas?
