Go to a lawyer. Bring the hard evidence that you have the evidence. U have to hit hard and fast. I would call my family and hers and show them the evidence.

You don’t do anything, your going to get screwed.

Unfortunately, it sounds like she is planning to play hard and dirty. Get an attorney and file first. Get a court order that the child can not be taken across state lines. And ideally, immediately submit a 50/50 parenting plan.

You want to try to get ahead of things. Fortunately, she makes more than you, so it should be a 50/50 split of all assets and debts. Then, just need a fair plan for child care. But you won't owe CS or spousal support. She might even owe you? And IF she were to owe you, that could be why the false claims. To try to avoid her having to pay.

Take the kid yourself, until there's a custody agreement you both have full discretion to do whatever you want with the kid.

You can also clean out any joint accounts. You might have to give it back after assets are divided, but not until then.

Go for 50/50 custody. If she makes more, she's likely to have to pay you child support, and if she makes a lot more, that might include alimony.

Yep. Sounds exactly like my ex. After I caught her in the affair she left. I was cleaning out her stuff and found all sorts of pamphlets about DV, searches in her laptop relating to staging DV and what kind of evidence they look for, lawyers, everything. She even tried to stage a marital rape before she left. Women are fucking monsters. When they're done with you they will burn you to the fucking ground like you're trash.

I need to talk to you. I'm in a similar situation, but I'm not ready to divorce right now. I've seen emails about "timing" "domestic violence" and similarly she's makes far more than me the past 5 years. We've been married for about 8 years. I think she's thinking of playing victim of non-violent (emotional, mental, financial abuse), not sure. She complains to me about me "yelling all the time" when that's not even true like she wants to be the victim when we argue and have disagreements, she's even emailed members of my family that acts like a dedicated victim when for the past few years I've seen evidence of her "talking" to other guys, recently put her profile on a dating site saying shes "separated" when we're not, saw evidence she talked to a few family lawyers, act super secretive with her phone for over a year.

Are there any things you are going to do? Like maybe carry an audio recorder around yourself all day (not sure how effective that is but doesn't hurt). Or install video audio cameras inside the house? Or something else?
