I don’t know if this is allowed to post a story I found online of the same judge who yesterday destroyed my life w my child. I don’t have a criminal record and I don’t have any history of violence or abuse(my wife testified to that). My story started like most everyone else’s. Woke up to being served a TRO out of no where. I guess it’s fair to say I used to drink a lot! But I never broke laws, lost money or abused anyone. I stoped drinking two years ago or a year before I got served my papers. Since then my court has been a nightmare. I’ll skip to the trial part. The judge cross examined only me for 30 minutes while opposing attorney was piggybacking w the judge which now I know is grounds for appeal under prejudice. I started my own businesses , I had to put the house in my name because her credit sucked (I did gift her 50%) . At the end I lost 100% parental rights w struck supervision and max child support for texas(1840$). I lost 100% real estate and 100% of businesses interests. I am sitting on my ass still in disbelief . Then last night I did a search on the judges name to find she did this to someone else recently. She sided with all the opposing counsels demands . She did ask me what I wanted and I said as close to 50/50 everything as possible. It sounds like something is missing or I’m leaving something out. But no I am not she fucked me for no reason calling me a horrible father. I just kept my head down and accepted it. She also put a judgement of 175k in my ex wife legal fees on me. My legal fees were 30k how the hell was hers so expensive . Total assets were like 500k. I’m in shock and here is the link to the article I found on her.
