Lots of back and forth, lawyer hold-ups, and I. Am. Done. I want to file and start putting a fire under that seat to get the ball rolling.

Am I obligated to keep paying or can I force my hand by taking away their car and taking their phone off the plan? I would use that as leverage but saying that once we can agree, they can have everything back. It’s caught up on a small detail but for both of us, it’s a non-negotiable. She has not retained a lawyer but I have.
