In TX only in rare elderly or disability cases. As in Literally unable to type talk or eat.

There may be temp spousal agreed by YOU to help spouse get a job for a few months if YOU surprised her by filing for divorce.

But most TX courts know the woman is filing for div, so SHE knew she'd have to get a job and if she still doesn't or hasn't prepared for HER divorce, then she likely never will get a job in the eyes of the court.

Texas does not want to create a welfare system where men hide their taxable income and ex wives contribute Nothing to the state.
