Just wanted to wish everyone here a happy holidays and to thank everyone for all the support for the last couple years. I just lifted a total of roughly 4 million pounds combined for the year and my abs and vasculature are starting to show. But most importantly I got my kids Christmas this year and it went great and I also get them nye for a few days straight and 50/50 starts next month!

Here’s what I learned and in order of priority based on my personal experience and everything posted here

  1. Keep cool no matter how bad it gets. They will use it against you and go for that dvro! So document and never give them a chance to document or record anything. So no f bomb texts etc

  2. Never give up on your kids and when you have them give it 110% even if you just pulled a 72 hour shift. Just remember they will grow up fast and you will wish you had that moment all over again.

  3. Never give up on yourself! Get healthy and find your peace! Make real friends. Get rid of bad habits and that will save you a ton of money. Running, push ups, sit ups and using the pull up bars at parks are free! No excuses to not move.

  4. You can always make money again and you can’t take it with you. So spend it if you need it and borrow it if you don’t. Just don’t waste it on things that float, fly, fuck or can get you addicted.

  5. Once you are dialed in and have some good days. Remember life always gives you bad days. Just take a deep breath and think it through and then exercise or talk to a bro. Find your peace and stick with it. Don’t f it up by thinking about things you don’t need to think about.

  6. My new trick for zen and I’m realizing women do it all the time is make work and stress for themselves. Don’t do that! Example if you washed a bunch of underwear or towels and dried them. You don’t need to fold them! Just throw them in the drawer or shelf and call it a day and don’t stress over it. Focus on the stuff that will mess you up if you don’t do them. So maintain your car, your work tools, pay your bills and don’t sweat the small things that won’t affect you.

Good luck gents!
