Going through a nasty separation and child mediation right now. She just wrote to the mediator about domestic violence, child abuse etc and about me hitting both her and child. I have never hit either of them and she’s twisting everything. She’s programming our kid to back her stories by scaring them that mom will be gone. There is zero evidence from her own photos and videos as well as police and medical reports because I’ve never done any of it. I asked my lawyer what’s his strategy for this and he said he hopes the mediator sees through her bs. I’m like wtf. This is in California. Any advice? I’m starting to keep logs and photos and videos of all our interactions
