Pending California divorce.

Stbx refusing overnights for our 7 year old child until they are seen by a child therapist. There is no history of abuse or psychiatric history for our child. The ex moved out of the family home which is under my name and is currently without work and running out of funds and asking for temporary spousal support which I worked with her on under the condition that we have 50/50 for child custody. I’m off for the next couple weeks and asked for time with child including overnights and she refused. I haven’t signed anything for spousal support because of this. I emailed our mediation lawyer about this who happens to be on vacation as well. Just pissed that she’s pulling stupid games when any therapist will tell her in the best interest of the child she should be allowed overnights with both parents
