Hi all,

I filed for divorce in Arkansas back in October, wife contested in mid November. In the beginning of December, we requested a response. I have yet to hear anything. I have only been able to get ahold of my attorney once since and he said he would request a court date to put pressure on her and call her attorney. I have called 5+ times since and I get the same message from the receptionist that 'she will give him the message' and I never hear anything back. Zero returned phone calls. I've tried requesting an appointment but she just places me on hold until I hang up. I've paid $1,600 so far and do not owe him anything. What do I do at this point? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
