Daughter woke up sick, fever. Wife went on a rampage about me. It continued. She told me she doesn't want to be with me, doesn't want to kiss me, is doing this for the kid, etc. I said, thank you, that is all i needed. She has since gone on a rampage about me recording that. Demands to see my phone, threatened to cancel our vacation in 2 weeks, said she'd call the cops about pictures I posted online of her (not true), said she'd call her family, then called her mom. Mind you doing this in front of our daughter with a fever. I didn't give her my phone but showed that there were no recordings or it wasn't actively recording. She then said where are the papers let's sign them. She told me she'd call the cops for being abusive, I said please go ahead, I have not done anything. My daughter just said I don't like this game. One reason I have not filed is that I am traveling alot for work, soon to be done in june. THis morning my wife said, good luck getting custody with all this travel. Then said, I will take 25% so she can have a babysitter 75% of the time.
