I meant what do I do, not what do to do. I was served divorce papers on July 29th monday, I have legally attained info that my stbx might be cheating. I'm the sole name on our phone account which I can see all 773 text and picture msgs that have been sent and received from her to another person from July 9th to yesterday. She's saying "Irreconcilable Differences" on the papers but come on 773 msgs in 22 days???!!! Should I present this evidence to my lawyer to use in court, haven't gone to court yet though.
