Depression can have follow-on effects that cause ED, so while you're tackling that just get a prescription for tadalafil (the generic for Cialis).

That way you're fighting only one battle rather than two at the same time.

Also, could be SSRIs. Talk to your doctor, you could maybe switch to another one, see if you have less sexual side effects then.

Or it could be depression, that can cause ED.

So I want to mention that eating habits effect Erectile Dysfunction more than most know. Lots of sugars and fats create a blockage of blood flow, which is what controls ereactions. Also you can take herbs that are good for male health like horny goat weed and many others. Start excersicing more and stay hydrated. Be more aware of your diet.

Secondly, it can be an issue but it really depends on what woman you‘re into. Also, you gotta stop thinking with your, you know what. What I mean by that is that your body ability isn‘t down to just 1 organ. Women get off every day by themselves without any penetration even in many cases. So It really isn‘t needed if you‘re creative with that. You do have other appendages. Don‘t forget that. And your hands. can also get a lot more specific too. But before considering alternatives I do recommend seeking medical help because if it can be fixed fairly easily you shouldn‘t worry too much.
