I don't see how. I feel like this is like trying to become a christian after becoming an atheist. I really wish I could start seeing women as human and my equal, but I just can't make myself. and god, believe me, I've tried. I really have.

as one might expect, i'm a nerdy 21 year old white guy with social anxiety. because of this, I've had very little in respects to sex and relationships. it's made me feel miserable, ugly, and like a non-sexual being. I feel that THIS type of suffering is uniquely male, and that's why I'm a misogynist. women will ALWAYS be desired because men put vaginas on a pedestal, whereas I actually have to work on becoming a valuable human being before anyone wants me.

I've tried OkCupid and that just made my beliefs worse. I started to think "Wow, this hypergamy stuff is real." Girls with shitty blank profiles were getting 100s of messages whereas I wasn't getting responses after genuinely trying to be as interesting and send out heartfelt messages.

It really does feel like in this world, there is a sexual market, men are the buyers and the women are the sellers. which makes it so women have it much easier in that area.

I feel like any girl I'd end up with would have far more sexual experience than me, just by nature of being female, and that would make me feel not only jealous but extremely insecure.

I want to shake these beliefs and start thinking like a normal human, but I can't.

fuck. I've tried therapy. I've tried medication. But none work. my social anxiety and depression is just so fucking interwoven on my thoughts about women. is there anything I can do? I'm tired of being alone.
