Clubs and bars are the worst places to meet anyone if you want to find something real. Not saying it can't happen, but generally speaking you'll do much better at events based around common interests and such. Especially if you're flying solo.

Anyway, the red pill shit is nonsense but no one can really make you see that. You need to disconnect from it. What is all of this content even bringing to your life? It's invented to keep you stuck so you keep consuming their content.

Also as a 46 year old man the "only" hooking up with women over 40 part is funny. I only hook up with one woman (my wife), she is over 40, and it's great. All that market value shit is nonsense.

Just look at photos of couples and you’ll see that for women it’s definitely not about looks. It’s probably a lot about confidence though.

As for the bad boy thing it depends on the girl. But to debunk it would you consider your friends and relatives who have girlfriends to all be ‘bad boys?’

Here's my analysis. Feel free to agree or disagree.

The red pill communities are men in the anger phase of discovery of knowledge pertaining to evolutionary psychology.

There are those who challenge the validity of evolutionary psychology as they do not want to underestimate the power culture has in what people want.

But the original evolutionary psychologists - David Buss, Martie Haselton, Gad Saad. They weren't ever underestimating cultural contexts, nor were they intending audience to reach the conclusion that women are innately promiscuous or that hypergamy is of a singular characteristic.

In contextual dependencies, certain aspects are important for gaining women's desire.

If you want to have a plethora of one-night stands as a man, you need to be physically attractive and charismatic. Having money or some social image will be force multipliers for that charisma.

If you want to have a long-term monogamous relationship, you need to prove yourself as economically competent as women have greater risks in starting families.

The issue with most modern western cultures is as we embrace egalitarianism which many do agree is normative, it means women are proving more competent than many men in the workforce and thus thinning the pool of men women will consider for long-term commitment.

However, there will always be access to short-term relationships through various economies, whether dating apps, nightclubs, or college campuses.

When the red pill is doing good, it is encouraging men to build upon things that will make them more socially confident - working out, becoming ambitious, going out with friends.

When the red pill is doing bad, it is fueling men's anger merely towards peoples choices.

If you want to avoid the anger phase, just focus on the goals you want that will improve your social competence.

Physical attraction is very important if you want to engage in hookup culture.

If you do not want to engage in hookup culture, then the places to meet women will be: 1. Church 2. Friend groups 3. Book clubs 4. Work

You do need to overcome approach anxiety, which exposure therapy is typically more helpful than CBT.

However, by exposure I don't mean going up to women and telling them they are beautiful. I mean making casual conversation with public facing employees: cashiers, librarians, receptionists.

Change your algorithm to get away from the same red pill content, spend less time on social media and do something that fills you up. Spend time with women ( as an actual friend) in person and grow. You'll always have thoughts in the back of your mind but you get to decide how much energy you give them. For me I don't focus on the thoughts and beliefs that make me more stressed

The mistake is assuming all women (or men) are the same. Some women DO have these traits. Redpill tactics will help you get these women.

However the best women are not like this. They don't play games and don't want to date assholes. They definitely don't want to date guys who neg them and do other redpill tactics on them. That's why you need to leave redpill. You'll never get the best women that way.

Watch videos of women’s experiences with repill men and then listen to how their beliefs, behavior etc make them feel. Then when they get done telling their stories about “how they lost their SO to the red pill movement” understand that they almost always end their story with how they broke up or got divorced. The reality is that most women (even the traditional and conservative ones) run from men that have fallen down this pipeline. In a nutshell I’m saying, listen to women’s stories and believe them. You’re taught not to believe what women are saying and that’s the entire problem with the whole movement and why it actually makes you even angrier than when you first went down the pipeline. None of the things you’ve watched actually worked for you or else you wouldnt be here posting this in the first place.

One thing you have to remember is who you’re taking this advice from. Are people giving this advice really in a position to do so? Are their lives really so great? Are they profiting off of men’s insecurities? If you meet happy, successful people in the real world chances are they won’t have the red pill mindset.

Woman don’t prefer bad boys. This is a misunderstanding that “good guys” tell themselves. Usually these “good guys” are men that believe they are entitled to (they expect) a relationship whether romantic or purely sexual with a women because the “good guy” has put in the effort.

But the reality of this is, that actually makes the “good guys” the bad guy. Any guy who believes that a woman isn’t allowed her own preferences and should like them because they put the effort in, means they don’t actually respect that woman or individual. Usually these men are more manipulative than the guys they think are the “bad guys”.

Just put yourself out there. Don’t let one bad experience dictate your view on the opportunity out there. You probably have insecurity to overcome first. Just know that lots of women are kind and loving and open and not wanting to mug you off

all women dont prefer bad boys, most women dont prefer bad boys, the same can be said for nice guys, for the 4billion or whatever women in the world there is also 4 billion different types of "guys" they like or are interested in. also "bad boys" dont exist. no person is just one thing. being "bad" is just one trait out of hundreds a person has. real people are multi-faceted and complicated with good and bad qualities. what women like works down to compatibility, who they are and how they can appreciate who you are. but you can only find someone who likes you if you find out who you are, not that youre a bad boy, but youre interests, hobbies, best qualities, all the different personal things about you. thats what theyll end up liking because youre unique and like each other. and youre not going to get reported for sexual harrassment IF youre polite and respectful. this will never be interpreted badly. learn to trust that you know how to respect peoples space, and how to be polite and kind. genuine connection is what every girl truly wants. to be compatible with someone even on one topic, you both like movies, you both like food, the best thing is to be able to be yourself and be liked for it, for both men and women.

edit: do things that you enjoy and you'll find someone doing that, if thats going to clubs sure but if its not itll be whereever you like.

Im gonna put it like this: There are shitty and shallow people all over the world, both men and women. There is no scientific data on anything about gender being related to shallowness, opportunism, or maliciousness.

Redpill content is sold as a justification to people who are scared of getting hurt. You are scared of getting hurt so it works on you. The world is chaos, love hurts and people are different than you. That is how dating and making meaningful connections work.

First stop listening to redpill content, then get out in the world, be respectful and kind, don’t be an asshole, get a few rejections, and meet someone cool. That’s what everybody, man and woman, does.
