I was a former red pill believer.

Ive come to the conclusion that those sets of beliefs played a large role in hurting my last relationship.

There are many valuable lessons of the red pill. You should be in shape, be competent, have a purpose etc.

You should not "spin plates", "be alpha", and dehumanize every interaction with the opposite sex.

Women do like "alphas", but not in the sense that the red pill makes it out to be. Women do like a man with boundaries and "frame", but not in the sense that the red pill makes is out to be. Women do want a man to "be a man", but not in the sense that the red pill makes is out to be.

That is the common theme of the red pill. Grains of truth with a smear campaign underneath, with a lot of men who despise women.

Dont get me wrong, I think hardcore feminists are an inverted red pill. They are wrong too and dehumanize men. Two wrongs do not make a right.

Women do want "alphas". That doesnt mean asserting dominance and fake confidence. It means being competent and friendly and there for others.

Sleeping with tons of women is dehumanizing to both yourself and other women. You should be a guy that women want to sleep with. You shouldnt actually act on it.

You should have boundaries. However, you should be a flexible human being and know that there is nuance in all situations. By the time youre 30, your situation is likely very unique from anyone else, and thus nuance is required when asserting "boundaries".

The red pill has some valuable tools in its toolbox, but as a whole, it is as bad as third wave feminism.

Men and women ultimately need to come together, not hate eachother, and view eachother as humans
