It's been ten years since I ended my first and last relationship. Until this day, she is still the only woman that loved me besides my mother.
I know that actions mean more than words, but she was the one who dared to confess that she loved me. She was not hiding her love for me from anyone.
Ten years later, I still think about her.
I thought I'd eventually meet someone like her, but I didn't. I could forget her, but I couldn't.
I hope she forgot about me because I don't wish anyone to hurt like this.
It would have worked out if I had been less insecure.
But it didn't.
Ten years later, I wish she would find the right man and be happy.
There is no magic pill that can stop the pain. Especially not the red pill.
