I don't think there's a country like that. We've got some countries that move in a right direction, but there's a lot of things that could be done.
One other important thing is that equality can't be brought by a law. We're talking about cultural changes and how people treat each other.

We'll before we get into this conversation you should look up the difference between equity and equality. People tend to use them interchangeably, but they shouldn't.

Feminism is, in general, seeking equity and not equality for people of any gender.

I think maternity and paternity leave protections/guarantees is a big one that the USA just lacks. Impacts women more because they are more likely to be single parents, but it's an everyone issue--everyone who wants to have kids, at least. And even if you don't want kids, for me, as a happy child-free person, I want strong parental leave options/protections simply so children are raised better and I'm not forced to live around under-attended semi-feral neighborhood kids.

Most wealthy countries outperform the USA on this issue, if I'm not mistaken. As we debate the lives of children and parents around abortion and birth control, the people who are supposedly so "pro-life" rarely want better protections and supports for parents after a baby is born. An unplanned baby needs even more support, of course.

But that gets into a second issue. The USA does not even afford people -- especially women -- the full suite of abortion services the modern world has to offer, it varies by state. This is ridiculous and much of -- in fact most -- of the developed world are doing better than the USA on this measure, although it varies by state of course.

From my perspective, there's not just one paragon role model. MOST wealthy/"western" countries are doing better than the USA on these two key issues.

No country has reached true equality yet unfortunately. Iceland, Sweden, Norway are among the closest ones, but still working on actively improve still
