The question in the title isn’t phrased exactly the way I would like / meant, please read below:

I recently saw a post here of someone asking what to do if they disagree with both red pill and feminism. My impression is that people who are somehow frustrated or disillusioned with feminism and what it stands for as well as the consequences (they assume) it has, seem to be easy prey for RP. So my question is:

What issues do (in your opinion) the people who are ‘on the fence’, intrigued by some of RP’s criticisms of feminism but not fully red pilled, have with modern feminism? In what ways has it, in their minds, “gone too far”? I assume this comes less from an intellectual place and more so from an emotional one (but might be wrong in all fairness). What experiences/feelings might lead them to skepticism about feminism?

Please do not over-simplify it by saying “they just want to control women bc they’re angry they don’t get laid/have a gf/got cheated on…”. Sure, that is ultimately true in many if not most cases, however I am looking for the specific parts of feminism (ideology and practice) that they have a problem with
