That's very soft dread game. As long as you keep it light I don't see a problem with it.

It's about maintaining balance. TRP promotes taking emotional manipulation (including dread game) way too far. Many people in that subreddit are straight up psychopathic narcissists and others are extremely bitter misogynists. Pretending that men are better than women, that men deserve to have all the power in a relationship, that women can be used and discarded with no regard to their feelings and so on. It's a slippery slope that only leads to misery.

TRP also discourages commitment and love, which for some men is just fine (I personally have trouble falling in love so I shouldn't easily commit) but I think it's unhealthy to avoid love and commitment just because some idiot on the internet told you to.

When you dig deeper into the materials you'll see that much of the reasoning behind the advice is bogus. Unscientific, based on patriarchal stereotypes that some men desperately want to be true but are not. Some of it is true though, and much of the advice works, which makes it hard to tell the truth from the lies.

The bottom line is that if you want to be emotionally healthy and a good person you should care about your woman's feelings and future wellbeing almost as much as your own. If you keep that in mind you will realize that some of the red pill stuff is detrimental to women. Apply sound judgment and determine which parts are good and which parts are bad.

It's simple. Most of us tried it and have had our lifes ruined over it. For the average TRPer dancing monkey who merely sticks with creeping on women on Tinder and lifting this may look like a life changing experience, particularly for the guys who never had much female attention to start with but now know a couple of smart comebacks and jokes and finally get some women talking to them. But for dudes that went preety deep into this, the potential damage is very different... people who divorced over dread game, people who went out cold approaching and didn't get laid and ruined their reputation on campus, you name it. Other than that:

It makes you terribly unhappy, bitter and shallow. Makes you look at every sort of relationship as adversarial/transactional. Turns every interaction into a power game. Denies you intimacy or any sort of connection with women. Constantly shames you for not being "man" enough. Success isn't getting laid, success is happiness. Under that mark, most TRP men are failing miserably.
Most of it is a lie or just plain exaggerated. Women will not switch your for a better deal at the bat of an eye. Women are not looking to constantly cheat on you. Dread game often firebacks and ruins your relationships. You can be a good guy and women are still gonna like you. Concept of being "Alpha" is simplistic and exaggerated, etc.
It is extremely polarizing and tribalistic. It turns all of it members into "devotees" with cult fashion tactics and it relies heavily on group think. Once you're red pill you become obsessed with it, you're constantly thinking of it and you judge everything in life through a red pill lens. You're not allowed to criticize it and you're constantly pounded that "red pill is the truth" as if it is the ultimate explanation and salvation for everything in life. It's almost a cult.
It's just plain douchy.

To be honest, it all comes down to how much shitty of a person you want to be to others. I see from your comments you're deep in the manosphere so there's nothing we can say at this stage, specially when you come to this sub to seek confrontation (which in this case is another form of validation).

Everyone defines success on their own terms. For RP (and now for you too) success is simply sleeping with women no matter the cost, no matter the consequences (to others). Really, we literally can't argue with you because you've been programmed by RP to reply "but now I'm having more sex than before!" as if that were an answer.

By the way, when you do realize you're tricking and manipulating women, the next step in RP radicalisation will be victim-blaming so you normalize this behaviour: they'll tell you (or you'll read) that it's their own fault if they fall for your tactics (you've already used the word "bimbo" lol). They'll probably add some bullshit pseudo-science about biology here and there because really, radicalisation is a known process with certain steps and strategies and biologist essentialism is one of the more common nowadays.

P.S. I have my doubts about the genuitity of your comment. I think it's just another attempt of exposing people of this sub to RP ideology.

As a fmr redpill woman (23 now, was in it between 18 and 21 roughly) my main experience, which I also participated in, of the redpill was based on putting groups of people in a hierarchy. Like, ethnicity, gender, attractiveness, background etc. Everything was about either putting down or holding people up. People who shared my views did this to me, and it's a weird feeling. I got disproportionate appreciation and support for doing basic things, but funnily the same people could turn on a dime and make me out to be the devil incarnate. What's sad is I probably have done the same and that's why it's dangerous to be involved with something like the redpill. You basically lose your frame of what is normal behavior and morally okay.

Addition: If you want a concrete example of what I described, have you ever heard redpillers speak of evolution, Darwinism, or biologically conditioned gender roles? Or that the way we should look at the purpose of our life is like it's predetermined? Maybe you've even heard them endorse a caste system, or defend subjugation of one group to the benefit of another? Perhaps they use slurs and other denominators that enforce negative stereotypes?

For me?

The pseudo Alpha shit, the unrealistic field reports, calling everyone who disagrees a “beta”, claiming that all women are like this and all men are like this, the massive insecurity you can almost fee in everything they write, the massive homophobia, etc.

And yes some of the things you write work … with the right kind of women. The problem is for me that they wouldn’t work on the kind of women I want to be with unless I destroy her psychologically and I’m not interested in doing that.

Edit: Most of the manipulation tactics also work on men, that’s not some secret knowledge. Many people do this without knowing it. Especially men which I would call “red pilled” are quite easy to manipulate… It’s literally not that hard.

Redpill is a cult and likes to manipulate people into the group, and have a single based ideology. It only works for a short period of time, on immature young women, but it's problematic for long term relationships, because women will catch on to your games, and won't want anything to do with you. It teaches you how to be a douchebag to women, and the group scams weak vulnerable men into paying for PUA classes.

They also call men who disagree with the movement, beta males, soyboy cucks, and it's a misogynistic and misandrist ecochamber.
