There is nothing wrong with Alpha M from an ideological standpoint precisely because he avoids taking strong viewpoints on anything. I would compare him to Courtney Ryan.

The problem with Alpha M is the fact that most of his advice does not work. Rather than focusing on the biggest determinant of whether men have relationships with women or not (conversation skills and the ability to maintain friendships with women over time), he wants to sell men on fashion, abs, grooming, his over priced men's grooming brand etc. If you watch any of his videos, you will likely get a 10-step list with nothing unique or of substance.

Another issue is his profiting off male insecurity. While men do need to take better care of their hygiene and skin care, they do not need to pay 3 times the store price for grooming or acne products they can get over the counter.

Neither of those things are inherently RedPill, but neither are those two things and RedPill mutually exclusive. Plenty of RedPill dudes wanna get married but then just expect their wife to wait/dote on them hand and foot 24/7

Because "spinning plates" and using "dread" and "negging" tactics isn't a flex, it's psychologically abusive and shows low character and class. A real flex is building a life with a woman, cherishing her and treating her with dignity

Probably just the name. Honestly,I learned a lot about boosting confidence and “bossing myself up” lol. Like if you carry yourself with confidence, you’ll feel more better about yourself and be a happier person
