Mandatory vasectomies at age 16 and requiring a wife's consent to undo said vasectomy would effectively end almost all abortion cases. Problem solved.

Why wait until 16? They can still get young girls regnant. Just do it if and when they get circumcised or after they are born. If parents are willing to cut their baby's perfectly normal foreskin, they shouldn't have a problem with a vasectomy.
I do want to go on record that I do not agree with circumcision. Only using the same logic on why people do it, against them.

Not enough research on medical procedures preformed on younger children. With teen birth rates dropping tremendously, I figured 16 would be the best number to balance science with problem solving. When I am Queen Supreme of the West, though, I will definitely have a team of experts to make the final decision.
